Bad eating leads to bad eating. That birthday celebration Tuesday night was heavy on salt, calories, oil, flour, sugar, etc. I must have gained more water weight yesterday because I didn’t eat excessively but my weight went up by . This is irritating because it implies that excursions from good eating might be reflected two days after the event! So back to calorie counting for a few days to get back on track so to speak.
Breakfast: At a Program Managers breakfast, had “Raisin bran with milk”. Then had coffee and a poached egg at home. I could have ordered oatmeal. Next time. Total = 600 cals.
Darn it, darn it, darn it. That’s half of my goal for today’s caloric intake. Will eat mostly veggies and fruit the rest of today. Today I’m on a diet. Darn it, darn it, darn it.
