Ate badly yesterday (left over carrot cake), getting back on track today.
Made a cornbread in the NuWave convection oven but the batter was bad. It was the kind that you just add water. But it was so old that it had gone bad in spite of the preservatives. At least I learned what it’s like to bake bread in the NuWave oven. A breadmaker is better for that.
