This is really the day after the end of 10 weeks. I miscounted some days back and am not going to correct it. Tomorrow I’ll post Day 72 to get back on track.
Idea: get several different nuts and seeds. Browse through them if I’m adding a 1/4 oz of nuts to a meal or snacking. A quarter oz is about 45 cals of walnuts. It’ll be pretty similar for other nuts and seeds. You can snack like this several times while still staying on track.
