Weight:  183.4 lbs  Down 26.6 but going in the wrong direction.

It’s true that the scale accuracy seems to be around 3/4% or +/- 1.5 lbs.  But I did eat “old style” for a few days.  Water absorption due to salt intake could explain the “multiplier effect” because I definitely didn’t eat enough to gain that much weight from calories.

Breakfast:  oatmeal, coffee:  120 cals

Lunch:  3 oz. sweet potatoes – 85, 3 oz turkey loaf – 170, 3 oz. squash/onions – 85, 1  – half oz sugar cookie – 70, 10 g walnuts – 65, coffee wi real fresh udder cream, sugar – 120.  Total =  595 calories.

Dinner:  3 oz sweet potatoes – 85, 3 oz Cole Slaw – 20, 3 oz turkey loaf – 250.  355 cals.

Toatl = 1,070 cals.
