Weight:  182.0 lbs.  4/8/2010  Down 28 lbs after 61 full days.  Up 7 oz. from yesterday.

Breakfast:  5:30 AM: 1/8th cup oats, coffee, 12 g brown sugar, 5 g creamer, 6:30 AM one fried egg (egg eaten at a restaurant).  Total = 250 cals.

Snacks:  1/2 oz. banana – 10, 2 oz avocado – 50, 15 g walnuts – 100, coffee (5 oz plus 6 g sugar, 5 g creamer) – 45.  Total = 205 cals.

Lunch:  3 oz avocado, 3 oz sweet potato, 2 oz london broil

Dinner:  5 oz baked chicken, 2 oz potato, 3 oz Asparagus.

Snack:  4 oz fruit.  Holita made a huge bowl of cut mangos/strawberries/blackberries/bananas.  Wow!
