Breakfast:  20 grams oats, 5 oz coffee, 12 grams brown sugar, 8 grams creamer, 1 oz tuna leftovers – 40 cals.  Total = 200 cals.

Lunch:  5 oz wrap of tortilla, lunchmeat, cheese, veggies – 750 cals?

Early dinner:  2 oz lamb – 160 cals, 4 oz strawberries – 30 cals, 2 oz potatoes with margarine – 70 cals.  Total = 260 cals.

Late dinner out with Holita and Sara at our favorite Indian restaurant with copious amounts of rice, nice amounts of chicken tikki masala and lamb vindaloo and two helpings of garlic nan bread – 1,200 cals?

Total = 2,410 cals.
