Weight: 183.7 lbs. 4/1/2010 bare before breakfast
- Craving was back somewhat this morning. It only took a day or two of “old habits” to turn on a light form of compulsive eating.
- Outside foods often have sugar, salt, oil/fat and carbs in processed food quantities.
- I am hoping it’s a lot easier to get rid of the craving by eating more naturally raised and prepared meats, veggies and fruits.
Learned: The Mormons have a cool site for “Family Home Storage”, Emergency Preparedness, Gardening and more. Since they believe something catastrophic can/will happen, they’ve done serious study of how to increase survival chances.
Learned: Much more weight can be lost by breaking the craving, compulsive eating cycle than by exercise. Exercise is great but unusual exercise is not necessary to break the craving cycle.
Learned: Tom Venuto, bodybuilding author, blogs about healthy living.
Breakfast: 20 grams (g.) oats, 5 oz coffee, 12 g. brown sugar, 8 g dry creamer = 140 cals.
Lunch: Subway regular Cold Cuts Combo on Honey Oat bread: 700 cals?
Coffee: 5 oz and 10 grams sugar = 40 cals.
Dinner: 5 oz squash, 5 oz sausage, 2 oz lamb = 800 cals?.
Snack: Ate a snack but not much – 100 cals.
Total: 1,640 cals?
