Day 15 Saturday, 2/20/2010

Breakfast:  1/2 cup oatmeal in really one cup of hot water.  I’d added a pinch of salt to raise the boiling point, nuked for 2:30 minutes and then poured in the oatmeal and let it steep for five minutes.  One generous tsp. brown sugar and yum.

Lunch:  ate a small plate of leftover pasta and two slices of the tri-tip Holita had cooked yesterday.

Went flying with John.

Dinner:  MacDonalds Bacon Cheese Angus burger ($3.99 plus tax)

Rented two movies and bought a $6 candys/popcorn/sodas package for two.


  • Ate a box of Goobers chocolate covered peanuts
  • Ate a popped package of Orville Redenbacker buttered popcorn.
  • Ate the last two pieces of tri-tip.


  • I ate too many snacks for sure.  I don’t know why.  It was a Saturday night splurge.  I didn’t need it.  It was more for taste than for sustenance.
