Day 11 2/16/2010

Comment:  what does it take to change the homeostatic balance that the body achieves when it’s existed as is for a decade?  My body is currently at 215 lbs. plus or minus about 2 lbs.  the lowest I’ve been was 208 years ago after a big flu.   I’d like to drop 30 lbs. to get to 185 lbs.  But something significant in behavior is going to have to change.  Just modifying the diet a little bit is not going to do it!

Breakfast:  2 poached eggs and a tsp. butter.

Exercise:  Walked Blackie a quarter mile (half up hill, half down).

Lunch (1PM): 8 oz. Sara’s delicious veggie tomato bisque, 5 grapes.
