Day 4

Will blog exercise along with food consumption starting today.

Food:

  • Breakfast:  2 poached eggs, 50 cents, one tsp. like butter 8 cents?
  • Lunch: another bowl of pasta with Holita’s wonderful meat sauce.

Exercise:

  • Walked the dog (1/4 mile)

Work:

  • guest house organization (20 minutes)
  • craigslist ad for rental (90 minutes)
  • craigslist responses (3 in first two hours)
